The Centre recently organised its 1st workshop on the Muslim Communities in the UK under the title of ‘How to start: Identifying the priorities, interests, and concerns of the Muslim community in the UK’
The workshop was a half-day discussion group intended to help better understand some of the key issues and challenges affecting Muslims every day. It was attended by Muslims of diverse backgrounds with different and rich experiences in the community. The workshop was held on Wednesday the 15th of January 2020. The workshop is one of a series of other workshops that will be held continuously to discuss the reality of Muslim communities in the UK. The workshops have been designed in order to amplify the voices of Muslims from the grassroots.
